I have a 91 318is with full S14 and 5 bolt conversion. What I am wondering if the stock 318is fuel pump under the back seat has the same flow rate as the inline pump of the E30M3 chassis.
Any help appreciated.

The OEM single pump in your car will be fine to fuel the S14 as long as it's in good working order. -
