    Project M3 E30 Restoration

    Hi guys,

    Just let me introduce myself.
My name is Gorka I´m from Basque (North of Spain).
    I love classic cars so I bought an M3 E30 1990 215cv a year ago now.
The car was pretty good, not so many KM and never restored.

I decided that I wanted to let it immaculate, so this is how everything started.

I disassembled completely and started rebuilding it. Each component has been cleaned and polished.
I´m replacing all bearings and oils seals. All the bolts also has been replaced by 12.8 quality bolts (or 10.9 at least) and always torqued with a Dynamometric wrench.

Before opening everything has to be cleaned:

Well undercoat was really fine, so just fill it in some places and all underbody was repainted to keep it clean.

This car comes from a very warm part or/and has been stored always inside. It has no rust at all
