    five lug grab

just noticed an e36 ti popped up at the local wrecker.

wondering if it's worth grabbing the rear trailing arms for five lug swap. i'm not planning on one, but if it's getting harder to find i might grab it to pass to someone else. i'm nowhere though, and shipping from here is ugh.

I would just to have the options later, but that’s why my garage is full of crap.

it's a thought on it's own. don't really have space for it though.

Same, LOL. There a few ways to 5 lug swap. I would decide on your plan and stick to it. I ended up with front 99 M3 parts for "free". I picked up a set of e38 Style 5 wheels. I lack the rear z4 hubs and the required kit for that. I have been at this for 3 years... so there is that as well.

If you can buy cheap $100 and less no.
The e36 318ti rear control arms have small bearings and 10.5 rotors.
In my opinion I rather buy late e30 rear control arms and convert five lug hubs, rotors and brakes.
After doing it I rather stay 4x100 set up. Buy up graded big brake kits.
