No, its just a pair rear caliper brackets.. and you need to buy Z4 hubs
hub sleeves use for front..
I bought the front kit from Max399 http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=306268
but I will make the front caliper brackets for e46m3..
should be ready to ship next 5-6 weeks for the front e46m3 brackets

I am sure the combo of Z4 rear with e46 330i rear rotors and calipers and e36 m3 fronts will stand up to an S54. Haha.

This kit blocks the use of the e-brake correct?

e36m3 front and 330i rear brake setup will be too much rear bias,
will locked you up when you do engine brake..

what you mean with "kit blocks the use of the e-brake"?
you need more effort to retain e-brake with 330i rear setup

Since you have e46m3 front and rear, I suggest e46m3 front and e46 325/328 rear..
this setup will have 70/30 bias
nice for street and auto-x/track
