318ti RTA's with e36 M3 Rear Brakes Adapter

Hey guys, just doing a bit of research and saw these adapters for e36 m3 rear calipers and wanted to get yalls input on them. Iv read a few posts saying this cant be done but here is a company selling said adapters.

I'd be curious if it retains the ebrake or not. Thats the real hurdle when doing bigger brakes on the rear.
