Off the top of your head....

    What caliper/rotor combo will work?

The e46 330i set up wont work?

Again, I honestly have NEVER worked on my brakes so I dont know their parts.

I have no idea how, but one german builder used e30 M3 dics and 325i stock caliper.

Unfortunately the picture does not reveal how the pads sit on the dics, but I'd say the pads don't come even near to the outer edge of the discs(which is bad?), the carrier must be modified heavily.

well, I will buy one of the 3 sets.

You said you have not gotten them figured out for the e36 m3 fronts. Well, does anyone know how big those are because I am only running 16" wheels. Maybe I hear the 330i E46 is a decent upgrade.

    What do you think?

this is true, from the looks of it it has the same abs ring pattern

I heard some rumors that with e36 hubs and a bit of machining you could keep your existing e30 abs, unlike the e28 setup that I'm working with.

I might machine out a couple sets this weekend, I only have enough material for about 3 sets.

E30 E36 and E46 all share the same rear wheel bearings, hence 5 lug rear hubs from an e36 or e46 will fit with the correct axles, no spacer is nessicary

Ahh ... IC. I can turn wrenches but stuff just needs to be spelled out for me. Thanks :drink:
