Oh I have done it the other ways. One of them entailed getting the whole M3 while I was at it. Works very nicely, very few swap issues :).
But by nature I automatically go for the 'it can't be done that way' solutions.
Since, in all reality, fitting other hubs to E30 spindles is ludicrously easy and I happen to have access to a significant amount of CNC machinery, I thought I'd give it a shot. For the rears, you just shove in E30 M3 hubs, which you can press easily, and build one of those 'behind the rotor' spacers.
Going violently OT, I was wondering if there was a way, having done this, to emulate the 300mm.de kit... with 996 TT brake kits from mov'it. That would give you enough braking power to lock up the fronts at 150MPH with 235/40-17 RE01-Rs installed, I suspect. For about two weeks straight.

yeah, just avoid this route. search the other 5-lug swap methods and its easy and cheap enough to do it like that.
you want to talk manufacturing, take on the fronts only and do it yourself. this thread topic is burnt out.

Bringing this thread back up... has anyone thought any more about this idea?
If E36 M3 hubs were used, would there be any reason for the corresponding caliper not to fit, with a custom carrier?
One could then do the same thing with the rear and solve all the '5 lug' swap issues.
I've been toying with various ways to get this done and so far this seems to be the path of least resistance. Ideas?

The first picture is a mock up, and there is full thread engagement, but not enough to use the lock ring part of the nut

no pieces have been made yet

What have you done to engage sufficient thread to lock the sleeve and hub into the E30 stub axle?

I did this a few years back with the sleeve, offseting the Hub out 8mm which was enough so that I could use 315x28mm E36 M3 rotors on the front and using a caliper adaptor bracket nissan 4-spot alloy calipers.

I also had a custom nut machined up so that you could get full engagement of the stub thread so as to allow the whole system to be sufficiently held in place.

Looking at your first picture, it appears you only have the 1-2 thread engagement afforded by the std nut when used with the E36 hubs.

you can do all the research you want, but until the specs of Deagle's kit are revealed, you cant suggest you found anything. ...awesome
