    VHT Roll Cage Paint

Anybody have any long term use feedback about VHT Roll Cage and Chassis paint? I was going to powder coat my suspension before I redo it however I'm wondering if I should paint it instead. I want to get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I painted the struts on my project car and it looks good however it hasn't been on the road yet.

that paint really works the best if you can bake the part after it's painted. otherwise it can stay soft and scratch or not adhere. if you can bake the part it's as good as a powder coat. i've used both heat paint and regular paint on different parts.

i rattle canned the front and rear subs on my e30 with a regular tremclad type paint and it worked much better than using a heat paint. they both dried to a super hard finish. if you go slow and do several light coats letting them flash off between coats you can get a very presentable dry finish. most guys think i powder coated the subs.
