hehe. picked this up of one of the race cars at work, too heavy for track use, but peeeerfect for me  I had it "custom" mounted for easy removability and mounted lower for more oil pan clearance, I had the welder from across the shop come weld up some mounts and overall it cost me $50 for the plate and $20 for the welding, not a bad deal hu? the perks of working in a shop. oh, and to anyone that thinks it will bolt right up, you couldnt be more wrong.!! on to the pics...

new toy

You act as if protection is a bad thing... That's like not wearing a condom, and thinking "I know what I'm doing, I don't need one".... :)Originally posted by JordanWhat is the point of that? Common sense does a better (and cheaper) job.Comment

haha, i'll snap some pics of the evoVII soon, we're reverting it back to stock, its getting traded in for a truck, those things are fuckin fast, but they fuckin suck, everything breaks. Oh, and it's fuckin sweet though, that thing had everything.... you should see his e30  that we're re-building, thaaaat has EVERYTHING, but its top secret, so no more info.Originally posted by SlammedE30Dan, pics of Rowell's *** or ban.
I have a 60/40 drop with extra pads in back, its low, lower than numbers make it seem. I do use common sense when driving around, but for $70 done the way i wanted to, it was hard to say no, just in case of any things i may not see.Dan

the reason that your skid plate didnt bolt right up..... that is the 84-87 plate and you obviously have a later car.... if you got the correct plate it would have bolted straight up...e30sport.net

wrong, that is the correct plate, there was no threads in the subframe for the holes where it fits, and there was no front mounting location on the car where it was on the plate, but this is the correct plate, for sure.Originally posted by BeirBrennerE30the reason that your skid plate didnt bolt right up..... that is the 84-87 plate and you obviously have a later car.... if you got the correct plate it would have bolted straight up...Dan
