You need new control arm bushings!!
I worked in an alignment shop for 5+ years and this is typical of all 3 series

it's a ball joint, hence why james' new control arm fixed it..... put a new ball joint in problem solved, do not wait to fix this. Control Arm Bushings make the wheel shake under braking without the pulsating pedal.... spend the 20 bucks on the ball joint and be done with it....
