Where to get strut lock nut tool?

There is a socket made to hold the top of the strut so you can remove the top strut nut and I've looked at a couple different places but cant find it, anyone know where to find it?
I'm also looking for the pin wrench socket for the top of the strut housing for the stock strut housing, as well as the new Bilstien collar I'm installing.

If you don't plan on using the collar over again then a pipe wrench is your best friend.

The collar tool for the Bilsteins is sold seperately now, contact Bilstein to get the collar tool or ask if some one local to you has one fs or would loan you one.
