I would guess it be shrinkwrapped to a piece of carboard the same length. Then wrapped in cardboard. Another option would be a long poster tube, since it will not come bend. I have only gotten some about .5 meter but I picked it up locally.

They generally ship them bent in certain spots, With instructions to unbend them.

At least that is how Classic Tube sends longer lines.

it's not prebent. its cut and flared to the right length, quality BMW oem line. it also costs about $10 which is as cheap as it can get.

the dealer will probably charge me an arm and a leg locally, canada sucks for part prices.

Ah but with customs charges and shipping won't that just equal the same? I know it's flared and cut to the right length as i had to do one a year and half ago during a snow storm...arg. Paid some one to do it.

I had a ISO/Bubble Flare kit. So I was able to just buy SS brake tube and cut/bend/flare it myself.

Much cheaper, Bit of a headache. I also live in Texas and have a garage to work in, So it wasn't THAT bad.

is it really cheaper? were talking ~5-10$ per line depending on length. that already includes the fittings and all.

but i guess you now have SS vs stock steal.

I don't how much cheaper the normal lines are local, But the SS was no comparison. And I had the flare kit, So I figured I would do it myself. I really didn't want the same line to rust out again.
