    what bushings should i change

    like i said what bushings should i change when i do my suspension this christmas. i am not going to drop my rear subframe but other than that what should i change out.thanks

    Everything you can access when you have the subframe pulled.

    Seriously, it's a pain in the ass, rivaled only by having to do it twice.

      perhaps some ///M3 control arm bushings and some GC rear shock tower mounts could be a start.

        In that case, CAB's, that's about it.

          also, if you want to go the cheap bastard way, you can get e46 m3 convertible rear shock mounts. Either way, you would be well served to change the CAB's and the rear shock mounts, as they are probably worn out by now. If you can, get some nice solid CAB's with e30 m3 geometry.

            thanks for the tips guys, should i change the front shock mounts and is there a bearing up there that should be changed? thanks again
