DOT 3 or 4 will work, DO NOT USE DOT 5!
1 quart/liter (I don't remember what the bottle sizes are) should be enough to flush your entire system. For my street cars I just use Valvoline synthetic if you can find it, for the track I use Motul. Pretty much any Dot 4 fluid will be adequate for street use.sigpic

I'd go with any DOT-4, and get a quart of it. Try not to spill too much fluid when disconnectig the hoses. If you could waste under a spoonfull or two per side, it will make bleeding a snap.
Don't forget to use teflon tape on the 1/8npt fittings at the inlet. And don't forget to post pictures either...Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Bleed the top ones only. Inside first. Then outside ones. After the first bleed, it doesn't really matter.

PS There are bleeders at the bottom just because Wilwood wanted to make one caliper for both sides.Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
