Sorry mate, I was only being silly as it would be a logistcal nightmare offering it internationally.

You doing this has inspired me to look into buying my own tool and doing what your doing but this side of the world, got to keep these E30's on the road :D

No worries. Would be a nightmare but your idea is great. I needed the tool and wanted to get something out of it to help other e30s owners from going through the nightmare of heating, hammering and crying during the process. I can tell you this, if you do get it from the US, as not sure who sells or makes it over on your side, get SirTools or Baum Tools version. I went with SirTools as it was cheaper with a coupon I had. They are based in Cali, but Baum is the one I wanted plus only 3 hours from me in case I need support, which is FL.

Shipping via Fedex should be $16. I just deduct it from the deposit when it is returned so that way it is easier and have a receipt to prove it per customer.

Here's a cheap way to make a bushing removal tool.

The page is in Swedish but I guess you can see from the pictures what you need.
A puller, a long threaded rod, some nuts and a disc with the same diameter as the bushing to put on the top.

I can't believe how easy that was with the Sir Tools tool from Alex (monty23psk). Even with two sets of incorrect instructions it took me less than two hours to do.

Yup, it is easy. The instructions for Sir Tools is not the best but easy to figure out. Glad it worked out.
