I have had to "pump up" my brakes for a while to get them to work right. I replaced my master cylander last year with a brand new one and that didn't solve the problem. It did work temporarily as I think there was a clog in one of the lines because while pumping the brakes during the bleeding process, my brakes suddenly firmed up. I am nearly done replacing my old lines with some new ones (the ones in the subframe area are really in a tight spot but doable). If this whole process doesnt work, I will simply blow out the first two lines i had replaced prior to replacing the MC.
As I am fairly lazy, I would prefer not to have to bleed my brakes twice. The second time being after activating the ABS. Are either of the following methods applicable?
Jumping power on the relay to cycle the ABS
Just turning on power prior to bleeding the process?
If I jump 30-87 I assume i am going to need to keep the wire hot the whole time during the bleeding process?
