New control arms not fitting

I bought new lemfoerder control arms for my 89' 325i vert and it seems like i have tried everything possible to get these to fit into the strut with zero luck. I've tried anti-seizure, blocking, and jacking and nothing seems to make that stud budge whatsoever.

This is the last thing i need to do before i start my s52 swap and i am extremely frustrated. Any help would be great.

Are you putting them in the right hole (not the smaller tierod hole)?

Check the part numbers, make sure you got the right parts.

yeah they're the right parts and they are going in the right hole. Im going to try and use something to heat the strut hole up a little bit and see if that will help at all.

You shouldn't have to force these parts together, something's wrong. Take a minute to think about it before you fuck up something expensive.

i dont understand whats the issue, did you bolt up everything else right? making sure the lollipops are in the right orientation? You shouldnt have to heat anything up

yeah everything is lined up fine. and all other new parts are bolting right up. lollipops were installed correctly and tie rods fit fine. I used a caliper to measure the size of old control arm stud to the new one and the old one is actually a tiny bit bigger than the new one. Plus the old one was a bitch to get out, so i just assumed it would be an even bigger hassle getting the new ones back in. I only need to get a few more millimeters into the strut hole and then i think threading it with the nut will suck the rest of it up.

DONT USE HEAT! you are doing it wrong. this is how they line up. tie rods use the smaller hole.
