    Hmmm.....will bolt?

I found this, and says are 840ci Brembo calipers...the strut is from a m3 e30 but was wondering is the bolts holes are the same distance/dimmension as the regular e30 struts...so it can bolt direct!?

Or maybe the stock 840i calipers can bolt on?

when you bolt those 840i calipers onto the m3 strut is there any master cylinder/booster upgrades that should be done? what size rotor can be run? a stock 8 series front rotor?

No.. either a custom rotor or a e46 M3 rotor with a rotor spacer. It's a PITA conversion, and the e46 M3 rotor isn't much larger then the e36 M3 rotor which is a very easy conversion...

Also those calipers are just about impossible to get.

i saw on your site that you were interested in getting those calipers, so i searched on here for a thread about it, found diego's post and added to it, i didnt know they were such a hassle to put on. they sure look sweet.

can the 8 series caliper be used with the e36 m3 rotor? what were you planning on running for the rotor then?

e36 m3 brake upgrade is much more cheaper and practical.

But then diegom isnt known as being a practical guy :P :)

have you spec'd out the spacer that you will need for the Me46 rotor to work with the 8 series caliper?
