    Hard Brake Pedal

I just recently replaced my master cylinder with a 25mm, and went to stainless brake lines. I did a normal bleed, but the brake pedal is ROCK HARD now. The car simply will not stop unless I put my entire body into it, and even then it still won't stop.

Is this normal? Because the thing is, on my original MC I had the same problem. (Hence replacing it in the first place) I'm thinking it has something to do with my Booster, since my vacuum SEEMS fine. Can anyone help?

It sounds to me like you aren't getting vacuum to the booster or that the booster has failed. A collapsed hose, leak in the vacuum lines, or bad check valve could prevent the booster from seeing vacuum. Otherwise the diaphragm/valve in the booster has failed.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Thanks man. In the process of removing the booster as we speak, however the pin connecting the brake pedal will NOT budge. Any tips? (Yes I removed the clip)

Never mind the pin. I got it.

Just finished replacing the booster, and you were right on the money. Works great now.

        Thanks man!
