    Brake Lining Sensor

So I just changed my front pads and I didn't put that sensor back in. How do I get the light to stay off on my gauge cluster? (I don't want to have the sensor in there).

some people say take the bulb out but that would be a pain for something so little. I think you can just cut the connector for the sensor off and soder the wires together but try just connecting them with a wire and see if it works first

Just think of it this way, if it doesn't work, it might fry the bulb or something, so problem solved either way. ;)

If you connect the two wires for the sensor together it completes the circuit and shuts the light off.
