OE subframe and trailing arm bushings

I'm thinking about replacing my rear subframe and trailing arm bushings soon. I know the subframe ones need to be pressed out, but do the trailing arm bushings. I'm most likely going with rubber OE replacements; do those have to be pressed in as well?
    Thanks,
    Ken

    Yes, Yes
I just helped a friend do these, we were able to press the trailing arm bushings in witha large bench vise but it wasn't easy. I'd personally go Urethane trailing arm, and stock subframe(if wanting stock ride) for ease of install. Or full urethane and install is a breeze.

Well if I'm going to have to have the subframe bushings pressed in, it's not that big of a deal to have the trailing arm bushings pressed in as well.

If your are having some one else press them, then just go oem. My Friend pressed in his subframe bushings himself with the vise, then I helped him do the trailing arms and R&R everything.

I didn't have to press my subframe bushings out, just creative use of a torch and a hammer.

Yeah, I'll get a tool to do that. I was just wondering about having them pressed in.
