If youre not putting this car on the track, you dont need bigger brakes. The m3 brakes are fine.-Jay

I'm running a willwood setup just like Lee's stuff he sells and it hauls the car down nicely.
With E30 M3 setup, you need a wheel with a really really deep pad to clear the calipers. My willwood SL6's stand 45mm higher than the brake hub's face.Comment

Yeah im gonna be running the Apex ARC 8's. 17x9.5 out back. Potentially I plan to occasionally track her yes. So since Im running the stock E30 M3 brakes right now you think I can just upgrade them and I should be good??http://www.r3vlimited.com/gallery/fi...42930160_n.jpgLast edited by BusH_oG; 02-14-2012, 08:42 PM.Comment

I have stock E36 M3 brakes with my 5 lug, and I was S52 supercharged for a while.
Had no problems bringing the car to a stop, or whipping it around Julian in southern cali.
If you have the big bucks go for the big bang, if you want.My previous build (currently E30-less)
