MC for brake booster delete question

    Hi,

In my E30 Im using the Rx7 calipers in the front stock calipers in the rear without abs system and Im using the E30 318i M10 master cylinder. Realoem.com information says the following:

    "Brake master cylinder 19,05/20,64MM part # 34311156273"

The guy from Massive says with this mc the pedal would be extremely hard but I dont know what mc should I use in my case.

    thanks

I too would like to know. Should be doing a v-8 swap soon and I have decided it will just convert to manual brakes. Something about a remote-mount system doesn't sit right with me.

What's the hydraulic area of the Mazda calipers?

The 20mm master's a good starting place for stock E30 calipers...
...but that's for people who like a hard pedal and grippy pads.

now, sometimes I just mess with people. It's more entertaining that way. george graves

This doesnt answer your question but on e30v8.com they move the mounting point to the brake pedal about an inch to help give you extra leverage on a hard brake pedal.

Thats a stepped master, for rear drum brake vehicle. Lee is right, even with stock calipers and rear disc conversion its stupid hard and reeeeeealy weak.
