I searched... Ebrake line installation in drum?

    I searched... Ebrake line installation in drum?

    I am an unsure as to how the pin and two awkward shaped metal pieces fit under the shoes which attache to the cable. Is there a diagram for this? Cant find a DIY or picture or anything.

    lol...it's not fun. I did mine without taking the hub apart. I came very very close to just cutting the e brake cable.

        The pin holds the inner part to the cable. The outer part just slides on the stud opposite the pin.

          It should be connected so that when the cable is pulled, the two hooks that go on the pads move outward. There is only one way they can go together and do this.

              yeah its not so bad, just do it. I have done this job like 8 times, no realoem help or anything. It takes a bit of finagling to figure out how it goes together.

                I deleted all parts on my previous 5 spd. I never use the ebrake. Delete.
