    What are my options

I'm dropping my subframe at the moment and yesterday I removed everything holding it in place and started to drop it with a jack under the diff.

The freaking subframe bushings are stuck in place so what are my options ?

-drill the rubber inside, drop the subframe and try to remove them after by turning them with a pipe wrench

    -C4

-can I punch them by the interior of the car ?

    Thanks

The first thing I'd try would be to see if I could pry the subframe down to disengage the bushings. If that didn't work I'd thread a lag bolt into the bushing from the bottom and use a heavy slide hammer.

Note that this job is easier if you drive the subframe bolts up and out of the bushings.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      The bolts are already out.

I already tried to pry them.

I think C4 is the way to go ! :)

Like jlevie said, use lag bolts + punch & BFH from the top.

I just did this. What worked for me was to get the subframe off by tearing the rubber loose
(gear puller did the trick- the rubber had already unbonded quite a bit)
and then pounding on the sleeves from different directions to get them to rock
back and forth. They eventually wiggled their way out.

They tend to stick into the top recess in the body, then the aluminum
sleeve corrodes and expands to lock them into place...
The bolts themselves are pretty well painted, and there's a bit of clearance in the design.

          Worked for me, anyway.
