Rear Wheel Bearing Going Out - Video Included

I'm dealing with two sorts of sounds coming from my rear passenger side. There's a high pitched grinding and low groaning noise. I captured a video of this you can see below. As for the other video filmed at the end, this is actually not making the noise that you hear in the video - my camera just picks up too much noise from the other side of the car. So, again, only on the passenger side.

    Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0t7zdzt_ZyQ

Thoughts on this? One thing that I noticed as well is that the passenger wheel shook a bit more than the other one.

To me it sounds like a bad bearing based on the other videos and sound clips I've looked at. Now if that is the case, wheel bearings are a royal pain from what I've read. However, I came across a comment in this thread on bimmerfest. The user alroy mentions this:

just did my rears it was a piece of cake, i just pulled the control arms off took it to the parts store and they pressed them for me.
I can't find any more information on this on any of the e30 forums. Everyone just seems to talk about how difficult it is. Is anyone aware if this actually a service offered by some shops? Can I just take off my control arms, hand them over a shop and have them take out and press in my new bearing?

I suppose this would be cheaper than taking my car down the shop to having them do it for me.

Or buy the BMW B90 tool and do them easily with the trailing arms on your car. Buy an extra thrust bearing for the tool.

Typical rental for this is ~$50 from what I'm seeing. Hmm. This is something to consider.

Any thoughts on the two different noises I'm hearing?

Also, if I were to remove the control arms, and just take it into a machine shop, would that throw off the alignment of the wheel?

Hey, if your car has 200k plus miles on it just change the wheel bearings and install half shafts its about time, you might want to check Diff. bearings while apart. Wheel bearings can be pulled using a slide hammer ram. there cheap and they work, if you take your methodical time you can do it yourself.
