What bushings are recommended to be replaced for aging E30s?? a 91 318is to be specific :)

Front control arm bushings, rear trailing arm and subframe, rear shock mounts, diff cover bushing. Engine and trans mounts. I wouldn't change them unless they needed it. Check em first.

I changed the following on my car:
Front Contral Arm Bushings
Front sway bar bushings
Front Strut Mounts
Rear Subframe Bushings
Rear Trailing Arm Bushings
Rear Shock Mounts
I would also recommend you look at the ball joints on the front control arms, and tie rods as these are probably in need of replacement if they have not already been replaced. The rear subframe a pain in the butt to replace, but worth the effort as they make a huge difference in the handling of the car. If you do the rear subframe bushings, replace the brake lines with stainless steel lines. This is one upgrade you will not regret.Comment
