How many hours for subframe bushings, @BMW

Hi all I attempted this DIY in the spring and clearly installed improperly and need new subframe bushings.
My buddy is a BMW tech at the dealership and has access 1 day a week for 4-5 hours for his side jobs and me. I read somewhere you don't need to remove the whole subframe with access to the BMW subframe tool.
Can anyone confirm this?

Also, do you think we would have time for trailing arm bushings, granted no major issues? He is not an E30 guy but still a very competent tech, and I don't want to ask help on a job that would take I've 5 hours.

Typically the subframe bush just is cake with the in car pull/press. If you have the rear trailing arm bushing pull/press that's also cake. Whole job shouldn't be more that 2.5 hours. However, it could be much longer depending on what you botched during your solo attempt.

Great, that helps a lot.
Really all I did was fail to fully insert the new bushing on the drivers side, and honestly never touched the passengers due to the difficulty of the first.

Book time to R&R sub-frame is 4.8hrs.

Thanks Firebird, I finally found an old thread with that information.
But, in that same thread there werendudes in europe stating they were only charged 1 hour.
