    rear subframe bushings

    I made this tool:



    It just a couple of nuts welded to a piece of 5/16" steel, and spaced to fit the slots in the bushing:



    I broke it loose with just the nuts, and then put bolts in to extend the reach when I clamped it in a vise:






    As you can see, I'm only putting pressure on the rubber mounted center sleeve. It didn't move until I heated the outside with propane. Once it moved, I used the longer bolts to finish the job.

    yea thats good i just did mine today too i used a pitman arm puller
    and a two jaw puller put a little heat and came out quick

      pitman puller and a torch and 20 minutes later your done
