I have IE subframe bushings. they're Poly but still REALLY stiff. I have seen the Condor as well, very nice stuff. you have had the full layout of whats what in the above posts. decided what the car is going to be used for and select accordingly.

So I got hung up on the removal of the bushings
        *face palm*
I went with the way this guy did and I couldn't get it to push out. http://www.rtsauto.com/e30-rear-subf...l-and-install/

I tried to burn them but they didn't light up like other people's success.

        Help me out here.

Buy a propane torch at Homedepot in the plumbing section, once you heat the metal around the bushing enough, they slide right out.

Burning didn't work for me either. Ended up pressing them out.

Sit on em with a handheld propane or map gas torch. Once the rubber gets soft enough, separate the inner metal stuff from the outer sleeve. Then take a saw and cut the outer sleeve. Don't go too deep or you'll cut into the subframe, but as soon as you get all the way through, it is a pressfit so the tension should instantly be released and they literally "pop" out.

I just did the MAP gas technique on my subframe. Worked well. I burned each side for a couple minutes and then with a ball peen hammer just whacked out the inner metal sleeve. Once that was out I hit each side again with the torch and then burned themselves out in a couple minutes. Then just a hacksaw to cut a slit in the outer liner and I could pound them out with a hammer/punch.

If you have access to a 10 ton press use that, me and my friend tried to burn the bushes out and it dosen't really work. We ended up pressing all the bushings out in like 15 minutes
