Will the oem size brakes be OK with a turbo build?

I want to make sure I have enough braking power. Am I going to need bigger wheels at around 300hp? Or can I get by with some nicer pads and rotors at the oem size.

    Thanks guys

If this is a track monster, you will probably need a BBK. Just for the increased thermal mass. If it will only be driven on the street at legal speeds the stock brakes will be just fine.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

If you plan on having any fun with the car I would upgrade.

Fun has to happen on track. It can't occur on public roads, so what I said stands.

Stock brakes with hawk pads, ate super blue fluid here and I have no problem outbraking the tires with 275rwhp m20 on the street. I do not race around on the streets though. Just know your limits and it will be fine.

A nice stock setup will probably be fine but big brakes definitely won't hurt.

I have the UUC BBK on my turbo E30. I'm not comfortable with stock brakes and an extra 120whp over stock.
