Brake lights on with clutch depressed...

This just started. My brake lights come on when I press the clutch pedal. Has anyone else seen, or had this problem?

I tried looking it up, but I didn't find anything...

    Thanks...

id be looking at the wiring around the pedals and such to see if something is caught up ,shorted as pedals move . or if the brake switch is out of adjustment and the flex of the clutch pedal moving is enough to release brake switch ..

Yup, mine did that after the manual swap. One new brake switch later and some wire tucking, all was well.

It was the switch. It was sticking open. I ninja rigged it to close all the way.

          Thanks guys.
