most blanks come with the bolts. my 28 dollar brembo blanks came with new hardware.

yes I had to drill the heads off mine just to get the rotor off so I could get the vicescrips and het in the rest of the bolt.

might as well rebuild your calipers. Rebuild kits are cheap, see pelicanparts or call bma. If you dont have one, get a pressure bleeder.
I like speedvalves too. Take a look at your ebrake while your at it, could use some new shoes. Get some nice DOT 4 like ate.
