    Weak Brakes

My brakes are pretty weak, as in the stopping distance is really long and my car doesn't really stop with force it kinds of just slows down to a halt if that makes sense. So while I did a major suspension overall (koni shocks, gc coilover conversion, revshift bushings for subframe trailing, arms, control arms, new control arms and outer tie rods) I decided to rebuild the calipers to see if that would help. I'm driving the car around my neighborhood to see if anything is wrong with how i installed everything and the brakes feel more or less the same as before. It stops a little quicker, but not by much. I have rebuilt the calipers, new ss lines all around including the soft subframe lines, I've bled the system multiple times including the clutch line, I have HPS pads, new rotors all around so I'm not sure what the issue is honestly. Does anyone have any advice?

How does the pedal feel? Is it also soft or is there good resistance?

There's a good amount of resistance, it doesn't sink to the floor and I read about testing the booster by turning the car on with your foot on the brake to see if it sinks and it does.

If you leave the car standing for a while and then when you want to start it again, just before starting it, is the brake pedal hard as a rock? Or can you compress it 2-3 times before it gets hard?

It's pretty stiff, my brakes are better than before though after an intense bleeding session lol. I think I was just looking for a lot of initial bite when the brakes are cold, once the pads heat up it feels wayyyy better now.
