Control Arm Question

Just installed a "new" CA on 86 E, tie rod is mounted and tight, lollypop (bracket with 2 bolts) is mounted 90 degree bolt going to front subframe is bolted and tight, would it be safe to put wheel on and move it over night without Sway bar connected? Thx
