Found Butchered Control Arm Mount - How hosed am I

While doing some steering and suspension refresh work this weekend I removed the passenger side control arm mount and discovered that a previous owner ground off the locating pins so he could bolt a drivers side mount on backwards. What a hack job! On a scale of don't worry about it to douse the thing in gasoline and watch it burn, how hosed am I? It seems like this could make alignment a challenge?

I haven't had the car long - hopefully I don't find much more of this garbage on it. Side note: I've been reading and searching the forums a ton as I work on this car - thanks to everyone who's helped me and doesn't even know it!

I'm baffled as to why anyone would do that. It looks like the threads are where they should be so your geometry may be ok but for safety sake I'd try to find someone who can fab the locating pins
