Me too. In either car I can lock up the brakes (no ABS on either) at 200+km/h no problem. I have wide sticky tires on both, too.

Which pads, HPS or HP+? While either work better when hot, the HP+ pads are more than a bit lacking in performance when cold as compared to the HPS pads. And that's one of the differences between a street and track pad. As you move up in pad performance cold pad performance suffers.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

yes. I followed the procedure that came with the pads. several stop from X to 0, then some more stop from some higher speed, then cooling.. etc.

I don't remember which ones, but they're the street compound. no noise, low dust. I am aware of the poor cold performance of the track pad...

My brother still has them on his car. They've been there for over a year. His performs poorly as well. Is there something I can try to get them working right?

i had hp+ on my last car and loved em. yea they squeal, and they dust a lot (i mean A LOT) but damn they work good...i think people make it sound worse than it really is though (with everything) so take it with a grain of salt. they work awesome but they're gonna make more noise and dust, any similar performance pad will do that.

Ok, I take it all back.. I took my brother's car out, and re-burnished them. After cool-down it was a whole different car.
