    Relax Chris.

PM me if you need some form of a refund - same goes for anyone else I owe any parts or money to. I've had a long hiatus and I'm working my way back in - don't be an asshole over a couple of parts and some cash.

Obviously I'm trying to help Kevin, as I've helped many other members. What I won't be doing - ever again - is selling parts. That was my only downfall, aside from not having any time whatsoever to do what needed to be done on here.

But, if we'd all like to hold a grudge, feel free - I know a few people on the board that would like my assistance and feedback in the future, as well as a few people that can vouch for me giving them a refund.

I never expected such a reaction from you, of all people Chris. You were always above the childish stuff, but it seems you've come right into the thick of it. You have my cell number, email, garage address, etc. You certainly could have made a halfhearted attempt at contacting me.

Like I said, I apologize for not being able to fulfill the many promises of parts I put out there, but I learned from it and just want to be a part of the community again. He who is without sin... :hitler:

        Scott,

Don't come on here and play the humble, "reborn" Scott Porier role. You pulled that card once already. Remeber when Dave tried to act as a proxie for you so you could begin selling parts on this forum again? Not only did you leave Dave out to dry looking like an ass, you fucked over even MORE members. The fact someone had to act as a sort of "escrow" service for you after your first round of rip-off's speaks volumes to your nature and business practices.

Don't come on here saying "..from you of all people". I got screwed just like others. Maybe I only lost some money & time for misc. shit like bumper mounting parts. However, the fact you were unable to keep your word, and do what YOU promised is enough to cause me great disdain. The only reason I got half the parts I paid you for, is because I got my friend Andy to show me where your garage was so I could get my own stuff.

Contacting you? I tried cell phones, I tried emails, I tired AIM, I tried Private Messaging. Nothing worked... or I got "oh sorry I've been......" excuses with no resolution.

I consider myself lucky. I live close enough that I was able to take action myself to get my items. How about those who live in other states that you screwed over? Have you refunded them? Have you sent them the parts you promised them?

This has nothing to do with "childish" stuff. This has to do with a member of this community who has failed to deliver what they promised on multiple occasions, and always comes crawling back for "redemption" after you've been "reborn!".

        -Chris

Scott, you've had more than enough chances at redemption. There should be no more "grace" with you.

            Ban.
I'm not looking for redemption, nor begging for forgiveness - and certainly not from either of you two. I have enough friends in real life that I don't need the approval of pompous pricks like you two in order to sleep at night.I didn't screw Dave over, nor leave him out of anything. Refunds were processed, as best I knew, and if I forgot anyone else, please feel free to let me know - on here (PM please, so that Kevin's subframe might avoid a full shitfest), via email - scott.poirier@comcast.net, or my cellphone - 617.306.8780. - even IM - beemerfanatik. I'm DONE SELLING PARTS - I never had any intention of "screwing people over." I got a hold of a lot of cheap cars with good parts people wanted and needed, and I sold them. I took on too much and couldn't afford to keep up or refund everyone as soon as they'd like.I'm here to provide assistance where applicable, answer any questions I can, ask a few of my own, and enjoy reading other e30 related posts. I can't really hurt anyone that way, so why make a big deal about me being back on here? I could understand if I was trying to sling parts again, but just being on here showing the extensive work I'm doing for almost NOTHING for another member, giving up every free second of my life to putting this thing together only to benefit someone who doesn't have the means or money to do so himself - yes, that's reason for banning me. If you're so much better than I am, request that I be banned from posting in the FS forum, or that any FS post I put in there (trust me, I won't) gets deleted. I never "burned" or "screwed" anyone in anything other than parts sales and shipping, and I've had many members get hours of help and hundreds of dollars of free parts. I'll leave it up to the admins and moderators to choose my fate - I've been a helpful and contributing member of this board for many years, have provided a garage, tools and free assistance for timing belts, wheel bearings, engine swaps, control arms, and much more, and will always own an e30 or two. I tried to sell a bunch of parts and got overwhelmed and financially incapable of rectifying the situation - again, most of that should be straightened out, but if not, my contact info is above. To Chris, TJ - you have always been negative members of this board, so your opinion doesn't surprise me. Chris, you even vowed never to return as you felt the board had fallen too far down the shithole to be recovered, and TJ - you don't even own an e30 anymore. I'm not a scumbag, theif, underhanded person, crook, or anything similar to that - just a busy guy. Ask anyone in the NE area that's benefitted from my generosity and knowledge.

Scott can now be contacted at the given information. He will no longer be a member here.

Please continue with the thread, but do not continue to discuss Scott or his fate here. Feel free to PM me with any questions you have.
