    Strange brake issue-

The problem is when I gradually push on the pedal, it goes to the floor. But the more abrupt I push it, the more it 'catches'. I bled the brakes tonight. It made it a little better but not much. If I sit at a stop with the pedal pressed down, it eventually goes down to the floor. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Bad master cylinder or a leak at a caliper or line.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

my car does that too, its always done that, most cars i drive do that, its not like they just fall to the floor if you lightly push on it but if you stop at a light or something while your waiting the pedal goes down some (i dont think it gets to the floor)

my car did this, it was a leak in the rear left brake line.

then it did it again, and it was the front right brake line.

then it did it again, and it was the rear brake line that goes above the subframe.

                  i hate Goodrich SS lines....
