    3 jaw puller.

    Tear the outter part off the centre, then go in again and pull the centre part off the CA.

    And curse it alot!!!

        I just changed one this morning, I tried the whole hot soapy water thing. Worked great. Better than what I did last time. 1 hour job. Amazing.
