I don't recommend urethane eccentric and would rather use the slotted metal adjusters. They are cheaper to buy, and will cost much less to install, while offering tons more adjustment.
What he said. Mine keep shifting. Created major problems on the crack. The horrible alignment cost me at least 2 seconds.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

I'm getting the toe/camber kits. Forget eccentrics.
I'm also having the shop do it. ONLY because they have to weld on the toe/camber kit. If not, I would do it myself, like on my other cars.
P.S. I did it once on the E30, we removed the fuel hose. PITA. On my E28, I'm lowering the whole subframe, POR 15, assemble, mount as one.Slicktop City!
