Difference between 325 and M3 subframe?

What is the difference between the rear subframe off a 325i and an m3? The trailing arms are the same part, but the subframes have different part numbers?

Just a guess, but maybe the M3 subframe has reinforced mounting points?

Same. Just the exhaust hanger bracket is different.
