    Spherical trailing arm bearings

How many of you tried these?

I plan on installing poly or delrin in the subframe as there is no multi-axis movement there, and thinking about running spherical in the trailing arm to subframe to allow for multi-axis movement and no bind etc...

    Thanks!

Haven't tried them on a BMW, but my '77 Vette has them in back. I haven't noticed anything too harsh or weird from them, but it doesn't have much driving time since the suspension was finished.

I hope this is for a track car, because generally they will wear out a lot faster on the street.

who sells bearings like that for the E30 btw? compatible with weld in TAB adjusters?

It's for my 89 24v car, it's a track (hpde) and solo2 car only. TC has done it on someone's car but I haven't found anything yet that I can order..

If you want to do this you'll probably want to copy the setup the e30 m3 group A cars had going for them. There were pics of the setup on e30m3performance.com but the site appears to be broken.

There is actually a thread about this over on BF.c under the track section.
