adjusting ebrake??? help

    adjusting ebrake??? help

    when im driving and when i pull my ebrake it makes a clunking sound.. i think its bcause of my ebrake drums in the rear isnt adjusted. does anyone know how to adjust them? thanks

    If you pull the brake while moving it will make a bit of a clunking noise just because of the design. My ebrake parts are all new and it still makes that noise.

      don't pull the ebrake while moving - problem solved.

      seriously, it's not meant to be used that way.. the parts inside that thing are tiny.

                But, to adjust it, look to the ebrake handle. Remove the cover on the handle and you'll see the two cables you'll need a 10mm socket, wrench, what have you, and you can tighten them up there.

                  Do you drive a Toyota Corolla? Because you don't need the ebrake to drift an E30.
