Parts to fix leaking E36 Z3 rack?

I'm running a E36 Z3 rack (remanufactured Maval 9302M) that I put on the car back in mid-2020. It's been great up until recently when it started to leak. There's a rubber line that connects at two spots on the rack, it looks like it's leaking from one of those connections.

    Pic attached.

I'm trying to track down that hose, but I'm not having any luck finding it. I'm assuming there's also a o-ring involved in this?

Any tips on the parts I would need to fix this would be appreciated.

if its anything like the e30 (which it almost certainly is) it will just have an o-ring on the end. just remove it, measure the o-ring and go buy a new one.

here is a detailed step by step on rebuild of an e30 rack, you can see the part in question in step 12.

Thanks! I can probably pull that vent hose without needing to remove the rack from the car. That would be awesome.
