Ground Control Coil over install without camber plates - shortest strut mount

I am going to be installing the GC coil overs on a set of Bilsteins. I am not planning on using camber plates and will be going straight to the strut mount. I have been searching but cant find exactly what I am looking for.

    1. GC didn't have a diagram showing install to the strut mounts, so I want to verify washer placement with their top hat.
    2. I did read plenty on the difference between the 19mm opening and 22mm openings for the strut mount, but shouldn't need to worry as I am using the Bilsteins and not Koni's.
    3. Is there a shorter version of the strut mount? Or is one brand better to use than another with a coil over top hat?

I did see on Turner they looked they had a few shorter versions but were shipping in July ish. Looking to ship now and prefer to stay in the $30 range per.

    THnaks in advance.

Anything that isn't a camber plate is probably going to be OE in design and basically all the same. They have a tall stack height compared to a camber plate and they will limit bump travel to a certain degree.
