    Choosing correct front upper strut mount

    I have some new HR sport springs I want to install in my 88 325is. In preparation, I'm looking to replace the front upper strut mounts but am having a hard time knowing which part is the correct one. They seem only slightly different and I'd like to have the parts before starting the project. Does anyone know how to ID the right one without removing it from the car? Including a shot of my front passenger strut tower for reference.

          What does real oem say for your vin number is the correct part number?

          I bought new strut tops last year and whatever part number real oem showed i just matched it up with the "compatible part numbers" for the aftermarket lemfoder part.
