would Sagged front spring cause shimmy? Long

Around late spring I replaced my entire front end suspension because I was tired of the really bad shimmy.I replaced the rack with a rebuilt unit, new inner/outer tierods,CA,M3 CA bushings, sway bar links/bushing,strut tower mounts, and new Bilstein F&R.Rear got E46 mounts.Along with that went in Spax springs. It felt like a brand new car and shimmy almost disappered completely.i blamed it on the rims cuz one was slightly bent.
Well slowly my car has strted to develop a noticaeble shimmy at 90+.I took off my 17s over the summer and sold them cuz they had some small bends and put my basket weaves on along with new kumhos for the weaves.Got everything balanced and aligned again but the shimmy was still there. It has prgressively gotten worse where its starting to show at 70+.I have checked everything for play and tightness. Two things I have noticed though
1)With the front wheels off.If I spin the hubs with my hand back and forth it makes a slight clunking noise. They dont hum on the road and dont have play when I try the up/down test with the tire.Is that noise normal?
2)What I strongly suspect is my right front spring is starting to sag a bit.It is a full 1/2 inch lower then the left.Taking measurement from center cap to wheel opening.Could a sagged spring still throw off the alignment on the road even after its already been aligned.I didnt see how they did it I just dropped the car off.Just wondering what guys think/know. BTW Ireland stg 3 springs are on my shopping list as soon as Xmas is over.

Sounds more like bad wheel bearings or warped rotors. I don't see how springs could cause a shimmy.
