    H&R Race Spring Rates??

I have a chance to buy some H&R race's pretty cheap but I need to know what springs rate I should get. It's for my '89 325is. The car isn't a daily driver and will be used for a lot of auto-x's and a few track days. I'm not too worried about ride quality and I'd like to get rid of the roll I have with my eibachs.

    Anyone recomend a good rate?

That's what I thought also, thought it was strange this guy was asking me what rates I needed.

H&R does make RACE 2.5ID and 60mmID springs that come in a large number of lengths and rates. Is this what he is talking about? You would need coilovers to use these springs.

Ahh... I bet he is. I'll check with him. Thanks

and BTW good luck getting ahold of regular H&R race springs. the spec E30 group uses them as their standard setup, and they've been having all sorts of issues getting ahold of them.
