    Your noises are also a product of the springs binding on the aluminum collars. Ground Controls do that.

    OP, it shouldn't do anything negativve to the car or the suspension. It may make for a slightly harsher ride and continued noise.

      The major noise that was coming from the rear turned out to be the fact that the top nut was not properly tighten on the rear shock mount. Once that was tightened to spec, the big clunking noise over bumps disappeared along with the creaking sounds. I still plan on inspecting everything that was taken apart when the new suspension was installed.

      Ok thanks again for the information. I will probably leave them in for now until i need to take apart my suspension for whatever reason.
